Dr. Edward Ramos and his family has been committed to fulfill the dream that God has placed in his and his family heart of providing millions of orphan kids a family and a home. He is committed to continue giving back and supporting causes he hold close to heart as he has for 14 years financially supported ministries that takes care of kids in Haiti by faithfully giving portion of time and income monthly to support different programs to take care of the orphans and widows.
Reality of Haiti
Haiti has an estimated 1.2 million orphans and vulnerable children. About 7,000 children roam the streets of Port-au-Prince. Thousands more can be found on the streets in other parts of Haiti. Every week hundreds of babies and children are abandoned in Haiti shortly after birth. They are left in hospitals, shop doorways, alleys or simply dumped in the street. Many are abandoned because their parents have no means to feed and take care of them. A large number of children become orphaned because their parents have died from disease, conflicts, political turmoil and natural disaster like earthquakes and hurricane etc. We have been financially and spiritually supporting a ministry in Haiti for over 11 years. Now God has opened doors for us to reach more kids. God is blessing us with the realization of my wife and i dream of being a blessing to kids that are orphans of earthly parents in Haiti by improve the living conditions of these 5 orphanages in Haiti. We are setting things up to travel to Haiti with a team of volunteers . Our team of volunteers are gathering barrels of food, diapers, school supplies and other needed supplies for us to take to different orphanages that we are connected to. When our team get there we are scheduled to help distribute the food and supplies to these orphanages. You can partner with us to help fulfill this dream. For phase 2 volunteers are welcome to travel to Haiti with us to donate your labor and ideas. Our trip to Haiti is on pause at this moment until safety for missionaries is achieved in Haiti. Your prayers are greatly appreciated.

Dr Ramos has been volunteering in the community with youth and adults in various settings including: Having
direct care of teens and adults struggling with substance abuse issues in psychiatric treatment center, hospital, sober
living and halfway home, at a Juvenile Detention
Center with teenagers, at group homes, at a shelter with children in the foster care system and Caring for pre-teens at his own home.
